Every laminar lip review I have seen was a good review. So here is my review.

Not Good

At least for this EX500 (my bike) version I have to give it 2 thumbs down.

One of the main reasons I got it was I did think it looked pretty cool (you have to picture it without the clamp) :surprise: .

It has zero effect on reducing wind buffeting. And I tried every possible position. It never increases it, but it never decreases it either.

Well yeah, it didn't work. :surprise:
Looks like all the sport bike versions are concave.
I had seen a video on how the principle of how it works a few years ago, but I can't find it now. There are lots of videos on youtube with other sports bike owners testing, and then saying how great they are. I don't get it. But the last time I checked, there are none showing my specific modal.

While the theory behind this is sound for some shield designs, I also took them back off the SplitFire windshield on my CB450. I couldn't feel any difference in air flow above or around it. The Clearview shield on my Valkyrie, however, does work with the recurve, allowing me to see over it while pushing the air above my helmet.
