So I'm getting my tank and frame powder coated as a nice birthday present from the rents, and was wondering, since my tank is a bit rusty and needs to be Kreem'd, is the sealer safe to use before I get the tank powder coated? Should I just wait until after the tank is done to clean the inside? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Wait until after. To powdercoat something it has to be heated in an oven to melt the powder together. I don't know what heat will do to Kreem so I would do it after.
