So I have a 1981 Honda CB750k that will not start and has a fuel leak on the #1 carb. I have 4 rebuild kits and removed the carbs( what a PITA). On the initial inspection the #1 carb DOES Not have a needle adjustment screw, the #2 carb adjustment screw was broken off, #3 & 4 are dirty but rotate. So the question is "Does the #1 carb require an adjustment screw?" . I found the adjustment screws on "Bikebandit.com". So does anybody have any experience with these Keihin VB42a Carbs?

Idle mixture screws? I'm fairly sure you're supposed to have 4... What's in place of the missing screw? Anything?

My initial thought was that the #1 carb. had a plug. I tried to drill it out , inserted a small screw to get to turn. No luck. I guess it's time to get out the PB Blaster to get it freed up. Thanks for the verification.
