Hi all,

I've recently built a Kawasaki ninja 250 shifter kart; The first time I rode it, it was a blast all for about 2 minutes then the clutch cable snapped... upon closer examination the clutch pickup point seems to be super high, it was much lower and actually worked properly prior to the ride. Have I done something wrong, did I burn the clutch out?

the photo inserted shows where the arm clutch arm sits, it moves up to that point without any resistance and hits the casing, I.e. there is no resistance.

thanks,
