Hello. I am a new member. I own a 2016 Road King but I have a question about a 2020 BMW K1600 Grand America. Was wondering how to get by the speed limiter?? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Howdy @twt1231,

WELCOME ABOARD the site from TEXAS,

Hope to see you contribute. You get more from the site when you do.

Perhaps an aftermarket tuner would get you what you want. I've got one for my Indian but once I changed the fuel map I realized I didn't need to change the rpm limiter very much. I don't recall a speed limiter setting although there might be one for your BMW. You's have to investigate to confirm. Phone call could do that.

I'm pretty sure you don't want to do that. At speeds above the limiter that bike becomes unstable. They believe it has something to do with the tail case.
