I don't think they would sell well in the USA. They'd sell some, but not enough to justify it. Rather than mainly transportation and commuting like in Asian countries, cycling here is mostly for pleasure. There's nothing exciting about these, unless you owned one years ago and like the nostalgia. Even if only the name is the same as those bike of years ago. It's sort of like Royal Enfield. Except RE has longevity in the market going for it.
