Just a conversation we had at church... The organist has had a Dream in the family for years.... They might not be able to find the title. I do not know exactly how it works to get the old title if the person named on the title is deceased . [her father]. Ohio is not friendly to such things, as far as I know.

The good news is they want it out of the garage and into the possession of someone they know....

Those are beautiful bikes! I would recommend calling the state department of licensing in the state you will have the bike titled/registered in. They'll let you know exactly what you need. WA state is TOUGH! Not sure about yours.

A buddy of mine who buys a lot of bikes says that if the bike stayed parked and in the family that the executor of the estate can make a title in her name and then sell the bike to me. It sounds reasonable, but who really knows?
