WELCOME ABOARD, and...

Normally just a few more posts(count of 3) and the rest of the site
will open to you. This is the sites spambot control. Unfortunately it
is needed today. But you have to make 15 posts before you can post
pictures. Right or wrong it's considered a privilege to be able to post
pictures. Unless you use Tapatalk which somehow gets around
that restriction.

We are friendly site here. Well, most of us:grin:

Good luck with new Suzuki! But you are a bit late, aren't you? After all, the riding season will be ending very soon up there. I've heard that Minnesota only has three seasons, last winter, this winter and next winter, right?

You are correct. No chance of riding in the winter but I'm 21 and rash and have wanted a motorcycle for a while so I figured "send it". Also I have a friend who's land I can store it on during the winter. Then hopefully if I winterize it correctly she'll start right up in the spring!

I hope that storage is indoors!
Nothing can ruin a bike faster than storing it outside.
And storing it under a tarp can be just as bad or WORSE than leaving it uncovered. Moisture collects under the tarp and can't evaporate. The bike rusts and the electrical system develops corrosion.

Storage is indoors! I have it outdoors currently as it's at college with me but have a cover for it from the rain. I'm usually riding it after it rains though so I'm sure it has enough time to dry. Thank you for that did bit of knowledge!
