The FZ-09 is not in any way a beginners motorcycle. It is a very fast and hyper motorcycle and very unforgiving with an untrained or inexperienced rider. The MT-07 would be better but it is still prone to levitating the front wheel into the air:surprise:
With the MT-07 you would be getting a brand new bike with a great factory warranty and one that NO ONE, not even or especially a FRIEND has beat to death like the FZ-09 you are contemplating:surprise:
Axle sliders and frame sliders have always told me to stay away from buying a used bike so equipped as it can point to abuse.:wink2:
My opinion is to stay away from the FZ-09 and buy something less intense.:grin:
