Looks like a custom You-Guess-It.
It certainly didn't come from the factory looking like that.

Why is her head cut off? She got them Summer teeth?
It might be a Harley Twin Cam Heritage Softail.

It has been modified to a hard tail. Didn't start life as a soft tail as you can see where the shocks have been replaced with rods.

It's a Harley of some variety or other, and that's about all that can be said. A list of details that may have helped identify it, but have been replaced/changed is pretty long.

Looks pretty much like a standard Softail swingarm with rods attached to make it a rigid.
