Man that sounds like a real wreck just waiting to jump out. I'd hate to be in a over speed turn that you just leaned more and hit the throttle to have it shut down. YIKES!!!!
A "bank angle sensor"????
What the hell is a bank angle sensor and what does it do?
It sounds like just one more reason why I wouldn't own a modern bike. More electronics to go wrong, or electronics to do things I would rather do myself.
It's kind of an automatic kill switch; the one in my Valk trips at ~50 degrees, if the bike is not moving. Since it works by gravity, it shouldn't trip in a turn, because your local 'gravity' is nearly in line with the tilt of the bike. Unless, of course, you have converted to a trike, but it takes a pretty hard turn to shift it over that hard.
