Nice looking bikes! I remember looking at a white Interceptor during, or right after the embargo in the 80's. But I think it was a 700, not sure of that, I've slept more than a few times since then.

Written back in 2015 : "Probably my last bike. Wife says there's no motorcycle category in the budget "

Are you still with us ? .

Still riding I hope ? .

I was married for just under 15 years to a woman I courted on various old bikes, when we lived in Guatemala City I had a 1937 Harley-Davidson EL KnuckleHead I rode her everywhere on, back to America and she began making noises about no more Motocycles, she left, I still have all the Motos I want, my life is better, my Sweet and I have a far better sex life, on and on....

I still care about my ex as she's the mother of our son but I don't miss her one bit .

Danno ;

Is that a CG125 ? .

What year please ? .

U.S.A. version ? .

TIA,
It's 1991 CB125T USA version. Has some improvements over earlier models:
  • twin cylinders 16.4 bhp, 12400pm redline, 72mph top-speed
  • 12v electrics
  • front disc brake
  • mono-shock swingarm with rising-rate linkage
  • spoked wheels on US models, I like EU 1-piece cast wheels w/tubeless tires more

When these first came out I watched a hard core Mexican road test and was very impressed .

However this bike is simply too small and I have short 32" inseam .

I spent most of today spinning wrenches and made quite a bit of good progress then I dragged out my pain chair and set it up in the driveway, relaxed and petted my pound puppy mongrels .

I don't suppose anyone wants to see pictures.....

Do we have a "Pet Thread" ? Don't think we do... Opportunity Awaits, Nate.
