I tried to restart my nighthawk. There was a slight starting noise and a then a total power failure. Nothing electrical works. I have check the main 30amp fuse and that is fine. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

Bad battery connection or loose/dirty ground?

Fault within the ignition switch?

Even if the fuse appears fine test it with a meter or replace it with a new one. Hairline cracks can sometimes break the circuit even though they look OK.

Thank you for your response. I will check the ground and hope that is the solution. If the ignition switch is the problem, it will be difficult to find a replacement

No worries. Honestly it really sounds like a battery connection or ground issue - make sure they're clean and tight.

eBay seems to have some ignition switch options when searching "nighthawk 650 ignition switch".
