I have this wire that was hanging from my bike and after checking the manual I still can’t figure out what it is? Any help would be great! Thanks!

That's a connection added so you can hook up a battery tender for charging and maintaining the battery. You can also use that plug to run accessories like heated clothing. If your not using it just cover it up and tuck it out of the way.
