HAVING A HELL OF A TIME W/ MY BACK TIRE

I dont get it. Ive been riding since i was 15 and Im 40 now so Im no new guy. I tryed saving a little money by taking my own back tire off off my bike and haven the tire changed. My problem is when I put my tire back on my rear caliper rubs against my rear rotor. It seems like there should be a washer between my rim and the calipor, but the only washer wont fit there it only fits over the threads at the very end behind the nut. can some one give me the EXACT order in wich the rear hub goes together for a 2006 R 1
