I am looking for new grips for my bike. I believe the ones on it are stock and the vibration is a bit much. My question is how do I know what size I need. I have a 83 Suzuki GS 750.

Any thoughts or help would be gratefully appreciated

Not quite sure what you mean about 'size'. The diameter of the handle bars? If so, you have 7/8's bars. Just look for grips that fit the diameter of your bars.

There are a lot of cool looking grips out there, just go to a wrencher that works on your make of bike. I say a wrencher
not a dealer as with a dealer, everything is marked up probably close to if not a 100%. Bad boy air horn for a bike at a
motorcycle repair shop 65$ same freaking horn through Harley-D 170 $. I like Harley bikes but I am sure as hell not
going to spend more just because it came from H-D. I got some great looking grips, 30 $ and 25 to have them put on. . .

I had a Suzuki Boulevard M50 with standard grips on the 7/8"bar and had Oxford heated grips fitted, I really found the bigger diameter grips much more comfortable.
