Octane is a funny thing. If you don't need higher octane then it won't help. The higher the octane the slower the fuel burns anyhow. About as high as you can go is probably 94. I don't know what race gas would do to an oxygen sensor.

Yep thats correct 1+ Ride away from the airport now!
Pump gas is fine for anything stock I always run the premium 91 sometimes 92
is ok in all Bikes
ok...but is it ok to run 110 with everything stock?...just out of curiosity.
I don't know but really what is the point of running 110 octane? It won't give it any more power IMO. If it's leaded gas it will ruin the oxygen sensor. I wouldn't do it.
Back in the day everyone always used the highest octane they could get. There's a reason why higher costs more. Sunoco used to offer the highest available octane and bikers who were into performance always went there.

110 Octane will drastically improve the acceleration of money out of your wallet. As for the bike, unless you're running 15-1 compression pistons, it's not going to help.

Higher compression engines need higher octane to offset detonation or "pinging". Most modern fuel injected engines are equipped with a knock sensor that will retard the ignition timing if detonation starts, so you can safely use 87 even if your car calls for 91. You will lose a little horsepower, but probably not enough to notice. My Wife's Volvo turbo calls for 91, but with prices up we dropped to 89 with no appreciable effect, and then to 87 and still have no trouble.

I'm not sure if the bikes are so equipped, but if your bike is stock, just go with what the manual calls for.
110 won't hurt anything, but you won't gain anything either, as long as it's unleaded. Leaded fuels are a BIG no no with oxygen sensors.

Higher than called for octane fuels can actually HURT performance if you aren't utilizing them. Just like someone else said, they burn slower as compared to the cheap stuff.
