My bike sounds like a machine gun now. It had a nice deep sound came back from the shop after replacing a sprag. Now it sound wimpy and like a tin can, kinda a rat a tat tat sound. The shop never touch the exhaust side of the bike.
Would like to get the old sound back!!!! What the first step to figuring this out?

Find out what changed. Something must be different.

Why didn't you turn around and take it back? That would be my first response. They might be able to explain why it's different if nothing else.
