Absolutely not!!!! You can put whatever kind of candy want on it as long as it is a universal slip on!

If you send me a PM I can show you a photo of my "Bulldogged" muzzy. I also have the stock can modified and bulldogged.

But especially since your bike is fuel injected it won't bother it at all

Slip on's will work no matter what, but i'm pretty sure your bike would run lean and might be running lean now. Which will eventually lead to unnecessary expensive repairs. Maybe just look into this if you care.
But yes it would "work"

 

As Saïd above, you can pop on the slip on you like, even aliexpress cheap fakes.
