Hi,

My girlfriend and I are looking to add bikes to our list of hobbies. We're going to be doing some short 1-2 hour touring and some reasonable off road exploring. Nothing crazy. I've pretty much decided the Kawasaki KLR650 is the best choice for me. However, we're having a hard time figuring out what makes sense for her.

She's about 5'6" and is pretty strong for a gal...The KLR is too big for her.

Ideas? Thanks!

What about the KLX 250 or the Suzuki DR-Z 400 or the DR 200 or the Yamaha XT 225 or TW 200? Should fit her fairly well and are light.

Thanks for the reply...I'll look into the KLX, I'm not familiar with that one or the TW. My friend has an xt for sale, and that's probably the leading candidate so far. It's just not gonna work for any freeway riding for more than a few minutes it sounds like.
