I don't remember those bikes having clearance lights integral with the rear turn signal.
An easy way to tell is how many wires go to the rear turn signal.
If two wires, no clearance light.
If three wires, my memory is faulty ... again.

Is the turn signal lens amber or red?
If the light is designed to stay on (clearance light / running light) the lens would have to be red by law.

Two wires: One is a ground, the other is power for the turn signal.

Three wires: One ground, one turn signal and one for the running light.
