I recently ordered a new windshield from Parabellum. The order should have arrived a week ago or so, but the shipment has not checked in at a USPS facility in 9 days. Has anyone done business with Parabellum before? Is it reputable?

I can't imagine why the shipment is not coming. Any input will be appreciated.

I don't know anything about Parabellum specifically but if your windshield was going thru the system, I'd contact USPS and request they track it down. I'd also contact Parabellum and ask them too as well. This time of year weather causes things to get stranded sometimes but normally 9 days would have a package moving again. Be pro-active. You obviously have a tracking number so make them track it.
