I had a 150cc scooter many, many years ago and it was more fun than I can describe. It was my entry into the world of motorcycles. I love the look of the Super Cub and if the stock market gives me some help I might be able to swing a new one by next summer or so. My first thought when I saw the announcement by Honda was: why no electric version? I would use this little bike for zipping around town and running errands, but would retain my Goldwing for long distance rides and two up riding. For just running around town, an electric with a range of 80 to 100 miles would be perfect. Honda is also reintroducing the Monkey for American buyers. Looks like an improvement on the Grom but is a bit more costly than the Super Cub. Another reason I like the Super Cub is it reminds me of the old ads "You meet the nicest people on a Honda", and I am certainly one of the nicest people anyone could ever hope to meet!
