Pet therapy in rest/nursing homes has proven beneficial but the biker image must be threatening... to someone anyway.

Pet Partners told Shaffer the certification was suspended because it did not approve of Chopper's biker outfit. Chopper wears a leather vest and a bandana.

The Pet Partners statement at the end of the article is actually pretty reasonable, though kind of empty. I'd like to know what the concerns about animal costumes are.

Yeah, on the surface it appears that Pet Partners isn't really discriminating, but I tend to be a bit cynical about "official statements" any agency/business/politician issues.

I thought I put something out about this a few days or weeks ago. Maybe I just sent the actricle to a buddy of mine. Anyway I think there is something fishy here. Another one of these stories I'm not sure what to believe. It doesn't sound right not matter what.

I thought therapy dogs usually wore a vest thingy identifying them as such.

Probably what really happened is that a Harley rider blipped the throttle at a stoplight and someone at Pet Partners could not hear during a cell phone conversation at said stop light.

Maybe if Chopper rode in on a BMW and had a color co-ordinated outfit from Europe, all would be well. First world problem micro aggression stuff to place small players in a position of power.
