choke is not responding-113cc
As i start the cold engine choke isn't sufficient as some amount of throttle should be added to start up the engine. After startup while the choke (ON position) it shows symptoms as if its running at low rpm and after choke (OFF position) it gradually claims back normal idle rpm.
