Hello everyone,
We are currently building our Formula Student car for next year and could use some help from experienced motorcycle owners. We are going to use a KTM 690 LC4 engine, so we could use some help to decide our chain and sprocket setup. The car is going to be barely driven, not even close to the motorcycle you drive every day. Last year it had about 50km on it so i was thinking that x and o-ring chains just aren't necessary with it's higher weight and power loss, besides it is just going to be aired out on nice sunny days. So what chain would you recommend that is a 520 pre-streched and without x- and o-ring?

We are also going to go for front sprockets made for 690 bikes because of the splines so not much we can modify there. However in the back we need sprockets that are lightweight and that have a small inner diameter, about 50mm, because of a tiny rear axel. The setup we were thinking of was something near 14-47 as we dont need a high top speed. Maybe some of you crazy weight savers know some light sprockets we could use? ?
