Hi there am new to this forum and looking for some advice ,iv recently restored an 1980 cb900f,anyways am having trouble starting it ,it was running fine but now having trouble ,the plugs seem to be the problem ,they are DR8es ,my question is are these the best plugs for this bike ,i can get it running but with a lot of effort and backfiring is it better to go for softer ones and which ones ,its also got filters on it so i know it will be needing jetted thanks

If your plugs are fouling out that quickly, you definitely need to rejet

I have the original air box so thinking of putting it back on as am told these are a pain to set up when messed with
