Had just gotten my bike back from the shop for a shifting issue when i noticed the throttle sticking I ended up removing the tank to check out the entire cable when putting everything back together I tried starting it and it would just turn over
I then noticed moving the tank around haddamaged a hose going from the carb to the air control valve, so I replaced that and the bike still wont start up....it ran perfect before i removed the tank has spark and plenty of fuel the peacock is working properly and everything appears to be in its place and tight. Any help is appreciated thank you

Did you bump the kill switch to the off position? Maybe by accident.
That's a good question. The Honda will turn over if the kill switch is in the off position.

You said it has spark. Not to doubt you but did you check for spark by watching a grounded spark plug produce a spark?
What year model is the CB600F?
