So. I'll be once again taking the trip to Key West Florida from Fort Lauderdale, I had visited the keys for quite some time now but it wasn't until last year that I took the motorcycle and I have to tell you, that is the BEST way to experience that road! I will be taking for the second time some friends arriving from Houston and this is all the places I am planning in showing them and our route check it out and if you have any suggestions, I am all ears.

Well for some strange website rule i can't give you the route or the video from last month..... I will do it when I complete the 15 posts I need! (strange rule!) so much for being a carefree biker website

Peace!

You could always list the main sight points you'll be visiting. Then those bikers along the way, or near those places, may want to mention some stops. Or maybe you will list all the best spots so there won't be anything to add.

I know some have been using Google maps for a long time to plan their route, this was my first time using it, maybe you can post them for me if I send you a PM?

I am already planning Yosemite for next year from San Fran, great tool

Is that like when you go buy a teddy bear in built a Bear you have to jump two times for the magic to work? Can I suggest jumping 15 times so newbies can start posting !

The 15 post rule is to keep random spammers and advertisers out.
I know that rule works but do you or Dods have the ability to see how many a day get turned away by it? Just curious as I bet the number is high if my land line phone is any example. And I'm betting the www land is even higher.

Spammers can and do raise real havoc on forums as anyone who's ever served as an admin can tell you, so having a few requirements isn't all that bad to work with.

If any of you noticed the past few days, a poster going by SarahXXX didn't let the 15 post requirement slow her(?) down. She just quickly zipped through the forum making empty posts and once there presented us with wonderful opportunities of viewing spam by clicking on gratuitous posts.

I belong to a few forums, dropzone dot com, base jump dot com. they don't have such requirements, they do have a no advertising policy, but I am just a guess here will never anyone what to do in their house. I do agree a lot of people will fell like is too much reading! :)

We get rid of several like that every week.

I don't know if there's a way to see that or not. I never thought about it. Dods would know.

I think what happens a lot of times is a person joins, finds out they can't just start posting crap, and just leave and never sign back in.

I guess there are far less people trying to sell you skydiving or base jumping crap skydiving its a very small community much smaller is the BASE community, we did have this skydiver chick working in the porn industry, so that made up for fun posts !

My first road trip I was planning Florida or North Carolina haha, and I live in Michigan!
Both have good routes, I live in Fl so, North Carolina will be a good change, I really doubt I can find there the things you can see and experience going to the keys

Of course not. But you can't see the hills covered with gently waving fields of grain like in South Dakota or the spectacular colored layers of sedimentary cliffs like in Utah or the vast glacial valleys of rock and rivers like in Montana either. There are many magnificent views that are different all over the USA. They all have their own charm.
