Is it okay to block off the carb overflow tube to prevent petrol from leaking? Because it leaks under the carb through that tube in small amount, everyday.

Sounds like the float level is too high and/or that the float needle and seat are not sealing. There a lot of videos on the Internet that cover this.

Because it leaks daily.. In small amount like a gummy liquid mixed with petrol
it should only dribble and in intermitent intervals, mostly as the engine heats up.

if its cold engine and leaking, or the amount is so often then this is a sign there is something in the carb either worn, or bad.

could either be the tip of the float needle is worn and not closing,
or the float is out of adjustment, (if recently serviced), but for this to spit out a few time here and there is "normal" but also should not equal any measurable amount.

Yes, like u said, it is a dribble.. But not when the engine is hot, I see it in the every morning when the engine is cold. and of course, not a bad carb or worn one because the bike is just brand new just 2 months ago from purchasing.. Fuel Started to appear from the day 2

It is not normal for the carb to spit anything out the overflow , unless the float valve is not functioning correctly or the float is incorrectly set .
You could try polishing the valve seat with q tips and Brasso or the like until it's shiny clean .
Note that there should be be no deformation of either the seat sealing surface or the needle conical tip .
If there is , replace .

In that case, the dealership should fix it - should be covered under the new bike warranty.

Again, you should have zero fuel leaking out the carb overflow tube. Period. Please contact the dealership about the issue. Also be sure read, and understand, the owner's manual for your machine.

2-stroke competition race bikes still come with carburetors most of the time, only a few have attempted fuel injection on 2-strokes and those have seen limited success to date.

You can not plug the overflow tube but you could put a bottle on the end of that to collect any fuel that spills out, provided the bottle is still vented to atmospheric pressure.

Float level is off, or floats are sinking, or needle and seat is leaking, or float needle and seat has dirt in it.

... or carburetor was disassembled and the float was installed upside down, that can happen on some carburetors.

No mention of the bikes year make and model always leaves us guessing at the possibilities.

Carburetor float bowl levels are dependent on the angle the bike is sitting on, if it leaks fuel all the time it's a float needle and seat problem, if it only happens when the bike is nose down or noes up, that is a float level setting issue only.

No.. It is a bike.. A commuter cum sports bike which is called Bajaj Pulsar 125
:sneaky: It might shock you to find how many riders do know exactly what a Bajaj Pulsar 125 is. Model year can be equally important because then we know what the bike has for pollution control features.

My bike is Bajaj Pulsar 125 split seat 2021 model.. And not all the time.. But only when the bike is not running for a day.. Or everyday morning only.. It happens once in a day.. And didn't get the meaning of your " nose up & nose down"??
