Hi, I bought a cheap pitbike to fix up even though ive never worked on bikes, but I wanted to learn a bit. Going pretty well except not able to identify this (what appears to be cut wires leading into something near drive sprocket, in the picture)
Looking at all the other wiring connected I dont see anything that might have been cut from there..
It's a chinese 125cc 4 stroke GIO or Giovanni engine. Any help would be groovy!

Could be the signal for the neutral light. Or the signal for the safety switch that will not let you start it in gear. Or it could be the signal switch that will not let the bike start unless the clutch is pulled in. Somewhere there ought to be three wyres of matching colour.
It is late so I will refrain from any Chinese insults.
