Hi I have just recently purchased a Honda cm 125 its all there but there is a problem with the registration it has all the VIN,engine & frame numbers but no registration plate and the person I bought it from says it cannot be registered unless I 'Q' plate it (?) any ideas ??

you should just call the seller back and ask for more information
