So, I went in to renew my class C and get that ReadID, and decided to finally go for my motorcycle endorsement. I failed the test twice and passed on the third try. That was June 2020. I still haven't gotten my regular class C in the mail because my motorcycle permit is attached and they won't give it to me until I either pass the road test, or drop the motorcycle permit.

I've been having financial trouble because of an injury that kept me from working since December, so I can't afford a bike or the $350 MSF classes right now. I'm tired of running around with expired ID, and am considering just dropping the motorcycle permit for now, but I'm worried about taking the written test again. That thing was pretty difficult for me, even though I read the handbook several times. There were questions in there that weren't in the book.

My permit is good for 4 more months, then it'll expire and i should probably just get my license in the mail anyway.

I guess what I'm asking is: what would you do in this situation?

I'd drop the MC license and get your regular license.

Once life is back to normal, take the MSF class and that should solve your MC license issue.

THIS^^^^^ and I'm not even joking
NO! Drop the endorsement, get your license, and stay there. Thats the problem. They screwed up their own state and now they are moving out in droves to Arizona & Texas, now those states political culture and everything else is changing for the worse (moving left). Same thing here in Florida, a red state that's turning blue. Over the last few years, people from the far left leaning northeast have been moving to Florida at a rate of about 1000 people per day.

They've taxed themselves right out of New York, New Jersey & Massachusetts, and now they're changing our political culture, increasing our taxes with their stupid votes, and driving the prices of everything else up here. Not to mention their shitty people skills and their rudeness. Now, our new neighbor's that moved in last week, moved here from Commifornia, damn now were getting them. I'll be retiring to to a little mountain town on the lake in eastern Tennessee soon, its too late to save Florida, its turning into another NY.

Back to the problem of permit and not moving, is there a reason you can't barrow a friends scooter and take the road test to get that out of the way? Is your injury still the problem or you don't have friends with scooters? To me, that seems the simply way and resolves everything. Or do you not have any road time on a motorcycle since you did mention the MSF course. If that's the case, drop the motorcycle endorsement and get your regular license. Then give it a go later when everything is more in your favor. Keep this in mind though, not everyone is good at riding scooters. If a few questions got you, it's possible you don't have the right frame of mind for riding scooters. You should consider your safety first and possible try a different hobby. I'm not aware of any "trick questions" on the test. Common sense usually is all they are looking for except in the law area. But those are always in the handbook anyway so always make sure you have the latest one.

I would wait just a little while and possibly my financial situation would get better. But don't let your regular license expire.

Haha good luck with that. More than half of the state of Washington is from Commifornia as you call it. It's happening all over. Idaho is on the verge of becoming blue, so is Texas. We'll see the US become a socialist nation. in our lifetime and it's out of our control.

Yeah, I dont understand them, or their twisted line of thinking. I've tried, I've really tried, but I cant seem to come to a rationalized reason to see things their way. I mean, my parents always wanted and worked hard for me and my siblings to have a better life than what they had. I've always strived for the same thing for my child, who is now grown.

Dont these people want the same thing for their families, their children, and their children's children, or are they that mentally deficient. I mean you really dont have to have a high IQ to see how screwed up things have gotten with their screwed up ideas.

There's whole states not worth living in now to prove it, and most of those states had some of the best quality of life roughly 30 years ago. Those state all have one thing in common, and we all know what it is.

Every year something like 2 million kids go off to college. Almost 80% of all college professors are liberal. There's a transformation going on in our society that is gradually shifting further and further left.

At one time I just knew there would be enough resistance to not go the socialist direction that we would see another civil war. I no longer think that. I now think the left has already won that war without a single shot being fired. From here on out, just put your hand out for whatever your government will give you. No longer a reason to work and try as hard as you can to live better than those in the next town or neighborhood. Everyone is the same. At least until all the money dries up and the bottom falls out, then learn to speak Chinese or Spanish or Russian or whoever takes over this dead country.

Something like 21% of all voters are in favor of a complete repeal of the 2nd amendment. The end is near.

Saw on the news last week the U.S. government is expecting 150,000,000 tax returns this year. Seems like I've heard there is something like 320,000,000 people in this country.

What happens when the smaller half decides they're fed up with supporting the bigger half?

There's probably an avg of 1 non-worker that belongs to a worker

So it's more like 20000000 we're going to get tired of supporting

I too, failed their ridiculous written test twice, but passed on the third and final try. The questions are so abstract and gave little to do with a real situation, but that’s the CA DMV for you. Keep trying and good luck!
