i want to buy a bmw. i have been looking at r80rt's and r100rt's. do any of yall have any advice for someone looking for an old airhead. i plan to try to find something at the next beemer rally in wyoming next july.

Go to the BMW MOA or RA site and get there magazines, lots of bikes for sale in there and most of the old time Airhead dealers advertise as well. Both are great clubs!

Dead battery, replaced w/ new BMW battery, nothing. Would not take a charge, added 2/3 gallon distilled water, charged for 15 hours on battery tender - nothing! No lights. no voltage indicated, and obviously no start. Suggestions of where to check next?
