I have a 2009 Kawasaki Voyager 1700 that won't start, it has no lights, no gauges no nothing. The battery is brand new, but to be safe I pulled it and took it back to the store and had them check it, they told me it had a full charge and 12.7 amps. I put it back in the bike and the bike started. two days later the bike died again I repeated everything and it started again and I got the bike home, but there it sits until I figure out what is going on

It sounds like a bad connection somewhere. Check the battery cables on both ends, battery and where they connect. Are they clean and tight?

Easy thing to check: Fuses and main fuse (if applicable.) Clean? Good condition?

If all that checks out I would suspect the actual ignition (key) switch.
