I need a damn good cycle cover. The one I have now was picked up on sale at Cycle Gear, and while it's alright it's not amazing.

I'm in the South, so I don't have to worry about ice or snow, but it does rain really often here and get awfully muggy in the summer. Add to this that the bike has to live outside and you have a recipe for rust unless I get a good cover.

So what's the best cover out there? Obviously the best one is the one you use, so easiest to put on/take off is probably going to win out.

I know this is an old post but i'm sure there are a lot of people out there with the same question. Good covers are hard to find because many of the fabrics used just fall apart after one or two years. In your situation you would be looking for something water repellent and breathable so that your bike stays dry and releases any of the moisture built up under the cover. The fabric we use for SKNZ covers will do just that and will last much longer than your big box store covers.
