I have a 2005 Suzuki gs500f. It worked fine for about 2 months and then it would die in the middle of a ride and wouldn't start. I put a new battery in it and it worked for about a month. Then I went to start it one morning after it was sitting for maybe 2 days and it wouldn't start. Tried turning over but just wouldn't start. Is it drawing power from somewhere? Did the battery go bad after only a month? I can't figure it out. Some please help me I really appreciate it. Thanks

Are you sure you are taking the key out in the OFF position, not the P position? The P position leaves the tail lamp on, which will kill it fairly fast.

Assuming that is not the issue, you need a voltmeter. Jump-start it, if you can, from a non-running car or truck, and measure the voltage while idling and revved up a bit.
