Hi, I am extremely new to the world of motorcycles. I have a 76 cb360, I felt like the clutch wasn't fully engaging so I attempted to adjust it slightly. I followed what the manual said to do but now the bike won't idle and I can't get any power out of it (have to give full throttle to get up to 3k rpms and going very slow)

any advice on how to fix it would be awesome, I'm sure I am just not understanding the directions correctly because it ran perfect before I messed with it.

Is it in neutral when it does this?

Yes it is

Then it is not the clutch, would be either a fuel problem, timing/points, or the engine is not getting enough lubrication and is in the process of locking up.

Does it do okay for a bit if it sits for a few minutes? If so, it is a fuel problem, either the petcock is plugged or if it does not run okay at first, the carbs need cleaned.
