I like the fat look myself, but you might want to make sure that there is plenty of room in your forks. It gives you more ground control and makes control feel more natural. Do you have any pics of your extended fork job?
Anyone know where to get a tall front tire?
Does anyone know where I might find a really tall (large diameter) front tire? I want to swap my long forks for short ones and put on a larger diameter front tire. I don't know if thin or wide would be cooler, and it doesn't matter what it's made for as long as it fits and isn't square.

How tall are looking for? you can get em up to a 23" , but you're gonna pay big time for that size.....

actually Xian if you you can find the rim off of a 79-80 xr500 they are skinny 23s but the tire cost will get you.
