Thank you!!
The bikes are so different. I do like the power, braking and gadgets on the Harley.
The Ducati is fun to ride but 43 years of improvements does make a big difference. 1975 compared to 2018.

Goofy perhaps, but as much as I love putting miles on my BMW R1200RS-P, I think I want to have the choice to mount a lowered version of my Suzuki DRZ400S when the mood strikes.

Today was a good day!
Rode my new to me, 45-year-old Ducati home from the transporter and received my 31st Iron Butt certificate for a ride I did in June on the Harley Softail Fat Bob. Cool!
Did my first Iron Butt ride at 52 years old and my last at 68.

Sounds like you had a GREAT day!
BTW,.. I love the picture with the IronButt Iowa sign, I've been within 100 miles of that sign I think 3 times but still have not been able to stop, it's on my bucket list!
