I have a 1996 Suzuki bandit 600 and on my way home in the rain and the tachometer completely stopped working. also after that ride the neutral indicator light stopped working. I would like to know any ideas as to why these problems have occurred. Also I would like to know where the main fuse is people keep saying to check it but I cannot find it..

You need a schematic to confirm, but I suspect they have a common power source, if they quit at the same time. That wire will pass from the front of the bike to the tree, and gets a lot of flex when you turn the bars; that's a likely break point.

fuse box on a bandit should be next to the battery, facing the tail of the bike. You should see a small box with word "FUSE" on it :biggrin:
The main fuse is the 30A one but if it was gone, I don't think you would have any power. Check them all, but there are only about 4 or 5 fuses so I doubt that one would be dedicated to only the neutral light.
