Ok so I accidentally cut my ignition wires. The ignition has 4 wires black red green and black/white. The harness has 6 wires black green red black/white and 2 black/reds. I know green to green black to black red to red black/white to black/white. Where do the 2 black/reds hook up to?

I think I'd hook blk to blk, red to red, grn to grn and blk/wht to blk/wht. Take a GOOD look do the blk/red wires look like they
got snipped ? Do they have some sort of connector on them? I guess you only cut four wires, seems the black (BLK) RED GREEN
(GRN) and BLK white white stripe or tracer BLH/WHT from ignition would go to like colored wires in the harness.

The full ten digit V.I.N. (vehicle identification number) is needed in order to 'sort out' the wiring on a 1995 CB250.

It can be found on the frame, located on the steering neck of the bike and will be a combination of letters and numbers.

If rust or old paint makes it hard to read you can lightly sand it with 400 grit sandpaper to make it readable.

With that number I should be able to help...
