I have a 76 Honda CB360T that is only running one one cylinder. Looking for some help in figuring it out before I waste a lot of money.

Check for spark (And the condition of the spark plug) and compression first. Make sure the valves are adjusted to spec. Make sure the spark timing is correct.

1976? You might want to check the resistance in your plug wires. I just got done replacing mine. Made a BIG difference. That one wire could be dead, or have so much resistance the plug just isn't firing. We're talking 38 years on those wires.
