I like the looks of them.
I had a 69 and it wasn't a good one. My previous Triumphs were great bikes. I got a lemon I guess. The pipes cracked at the header, and the paint on the tank faded. I still love the looks and over all ride and especially the best seat I've ever had on an around town bike. I have a friend that still has a 67 Bonny and I keep trying to get it. When he bought it he had never riden so i went to look at it with him. I took it for a test ride and after warming it up and going around the block, pulled a wheelie anyone would be proud of. He took it home that day and still loves it. It has been a good bike and the only issue has been electrical. I'd buy another one for sure.

Yep!
My first was a '64 Bonneville, loved that bike, always ran but the alternator went west after about six months. Had a 69 and 73 Tridents, both of them were good bikes. My ex wife had a 73 Bonneville 750 that was a great bike to ride but had a string of motor trouble, quite likely because I was doing my own work though I have to admit.
I've had 4 old ones: '66 Trophy Sports, '70 Trophy (new), '72 Daytona 500 (new) and the '70 Tiger that I have owned since '79. I remember them all as being good reliable bikes; some had very small problems, but other bikes I've owned have given me bigger ones, especially my '76 BMW R75/6. I guess they're all in what you expect and what you make of them. The 1970 one were very good bikes, so don't rule one of them out.

The "village idiot" doesn't look through "rose colored glasses" in case you were wondering: Jim
Back in '68, I had a '60 Bonny. Wish I still had her. I now have a '57 T110 Tiger. When cash flow permits, I'll get her on the road.
