I'm having trouble with my rear tire rubbing. It was going on for about a month before I realized what it was. I thought at first that it was my breaks getting low in the front until I noticed the groove on the right side of my rear tire above the white wall. Upon looking at everything I noticed the spacing from the left side and right side of the rear inside fender are not the same.
Its like a 2 inch difference from left to right. and there looks to be no kind of adjustment. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Could be a missing spacer or a bad/broken bearing or the axle bolt isn't tightened properly. If the rim wasn't put on the differential properly, when it was tightened up, it wasn't aligned properly and when it went in to proper alignment, the axle wasn't tight.

In the back of a pickup truck, or a trailer, take it to a dealer, buy a new tire and have them put it back together correctly.
