So I recently bought my bike with about 15,700 miles on it. It's got a fairing and radio and a couple lights under the tank and I love it ? I just need to get a rain sock and add more lights haha

Anyway, I recently discovered it has an oil leak and I'd love to fix it before ruining all my pants. It's coming from the front cylinder and seems to be coming from between the top and bottom half. So is this a common thing that I should just deal with? Or is it just an easy fix *fingers crossed* I hope it's not a pricey or long time consuming fix...

The first thing you need to do is find out where exactly the oil is leaking from.
I've seen those leak from the air filter box, which is usually caused by over filling the crankcase, and from the valve adjustment covers and or screws.
I've also seen various loose bolts that loosened from vibration.
