I love this bike. But recently have come across with the damn thing cutting out at high speeds like it's not getting enough gas.
I have re-jetted the carb, changed oil/spark plug/ignition coil/cdi box only to have it STILL cutting out on me at high rpms.

When was the last time you cleaned the air filter or changed the fuel filter if it has one or fuel screen if in tank?

I replaced the air filter, the fuel filter and took the tank off and replaced the peacock as well.
All of this and still same problem exists.

Valve adjustment?

I was hoping that wasn't needed only because why would it only cut out at high rpm's if it were the valves? Shouldn't that be an issue even at low rpm's?

Nope not at all. In fact not wanting to adjust valves is often why they miss higher up and burned valves comes next. They miss up high because the load is greatest then.
