1992 Kawasaki Zx600-D Won't turn over. Loud click!

I' working on a 1992 Kawasaki Zx600-D that will not start. I have changed the solenoid, battery and starter and it did not change anything.
The 2 fuel lights blink with the key on.
I hold the starter button and flip the kill switch to run and hear a loud click in the battery area.
It was trying to start before this and it started doing this. Could it be related to the fuel pump?

Anybody have a solution to this?

.I would start with the battery. Make sure you have a good 12.5 or so on the battery without a load. If not put it on a battery maintainer not charger. Next day read the battery again. If it improved, then try to start it again. If it didn't improve you probably need a new battery.
I got a new battery ,new solenoid and starter in it now and it still does the same thing. No crank. Just that loud click coming from the battery area, plus the 2 fuel lights blinking. The battery shows 12.7
Can you physically turn the crankshaft?
@cmonSTART How do I do that on this particular bike? I had the thought it may have froze up but not sure. I did hook up direct to the starter and it turned over and then it stopped turning. Why it stopped was due to the old battery was weak. A new battery is now in it.

Easiest way is the get the rear wheel off the ground, put the tranny in the highest gear, then try to turn the rear wheel by hand. If you can't then it's froze up for some reason or the other.
Ya, take the spark plugs out too when you do it.
If it's not froze up. Check all fuses are good. Should also be a fuse on starter relay. Check all wire connections to/from battery/starter and grounds are tight. It looks like there are three relays near your battery, fuel sensor, fuel lamp and turn signal relays. If I'm not mistaken when relays go bad or have loose connections they make a clicking noise. Since your fuel lights blinking maybe one of those two relays is bad.

Consider this solved. I didn't have more time to use on it and had to be working out of town, so I loaded it up and took it to a shop to get fixed. They will let me know what it was and I will report it here incase anyone else has that issue. Thanks all. :)
I would have taken a look at the starter relay.

I'm having the same problem as you are. Did you find out what it was
Classic low battery or poor battery connection. Recharge or replace battery making sure all connections are clean and tight. If you have a voltage meter it should read well above 12.5 volts. 12v is a dead battery. Strange I know but that's the facts. If you don't then remove it and take it to a auto parts store and ask them to check it. Go from there.
