I have a running 74 TL 125 that I think had the full lighting option on it. I was taged in Florida at one time , and when I got my title they ask if I wanted a tag?? YES it did.

Well still working on the bike, runs but the throttle response is very poor. It will not even get the front wheel off the ground, but runs great trough all the gears.

Not sure if this is normal for this bike, It is my first TL 125

I have cleaned the carb but it didn't help.

One other thing the carb has an Oring in place of a gasket sealing to the cylinder intake. Also when I tighten the carb nuts any tighter than finger tight it must warp the carb body because the slide sticks.

Any help would be great. Jeff

There is an option for the TL125 to get it to lift the front wheel. It is called the TL250.
Check a parts manual for the correct carb to head gasket. They are a simple carb and should work fine with decent cleaning and float bowl setting.
Nice little bike for riding in the woods, but not a lot of power.

Yes the 250 would make a nice upgrade. I do have a spare 125cc engine laying around, maybe I could mate them together like Yankee did with the Ossa 250s
Will do on the gasket. Never expected a lot of power.
