Hey guys. Thanks for letting me join. I’m working on a 1962 Suzuki k11. I get good spark with a spark checking tool. (With the small bulb in it). But get no spark most of the time with the spark plug installed. Sometimes I get it for a kick. Then lose it again. I installed a new primary coil and condesor. Also set and cleaned the points. I would like to test the secondary( spark plug)coil but don’t know what the resistance numbers should be. Any thought , help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Well, the ONE thing you didn't mention is the very first thing I do when I get the exact same problem you're now having . . .

I replace the spark plug. It has worked every time. If it's a new plug, replace it anyway. I've seen many new parts fail right out of the box in my 30+ years as a professional mechanic.
